职位概况
雪印メグミルク株式会社面向在校大学生和研究生，提供为期两天的线上生产部门工作体验，帮助学生了解食品制造业的生产工作及职业路径。
主要职责
- 通过线上讲座了解雪印メグミルク生产部门的业务内容和工作价值。
- 完成个人案例工作，体验生产现场的基本流程。
- 参与小组讨论，针对生产技术提升进行模拟练习并进行成果展示。
- 参加员工座谈会，获取职业发展建议和反馈。
任职要求
- 在校大学生或研究生（理工科专业优先）。
- 具备稳定的网络环境和可使用的电脑。
- 能够参加2025年8月22日以及8月26日至29日中任选一天的两天活动。
