职位概况
前田建設工業株式会社在宫城县提供为期5至10天的建筑与土木实习项目，面向2028年3月毕业的学生，旨在让参与者现场体验施工管理工作。
主要职责
- 现场测量与数据录入
- 混凝土施工质量检查（塌陷度、骨料含水率等）
- 浊水处理设备的管理与月报编制
- 参与安全巡查、业主会议及内部会议
- 现场准备与支持工作
任职要求
- 2028年3月毕业在校学生，专业不限
- 对建筑或土木现场工作有浓厚兴趣
- 具备团队合作与沟通能力
- 愿意在现场实际操作并学习施工管理
