职位概况
本次线上说明会面向2028年毕业的学生，帮助了解室野硝子株式会社的路线销售工作模式及行业背景，适合对本地就业、建筑玻璃业务感兴趣的求职者。
主要职责
- 介绍公司业务及玻璃建材在公共建筑中的应用。
- 展示路线销售的日常工作流程与客户维护方式。
- 提供基础玻璃材料知识的现场教学（OJT）。
- 现场答疑，帮助学生解决职业规划疑问。
任职要求
- 2028年毕业的大学、研究生、短大、专科等在校生（文理科均可）。
- 对石川县本地就业、无转岗工作有兴趣。
- 具备良好的沟通意愿和团队合作精神。
