职位概况
本项目为期5天的建筑现场管理实习，面向全学科学生，提供现场施工管理、SDGs学习及线上沟通等全方位体验。
主要职责
- 参加现场早会并进行现场巡检
- 协助现场主管完成施工计划书及图纸说明
- 参与墨出、混凝土用量测算、测量、现场照片管理、检验陪同等工作
- 参观再生骨材工厂，学习混凝土回收再利用流程
- 通过LINE WORKS、Zoom与人事每日沟通并完成项目反馈
任职要求
- 对建筑或土木领域有兴趣
- 希望在埼玉、东京地区长期工作且不接受调动
- 关注劳动环境、希望掌握实用技能
- 对社会贡献及SDGs有一定认知
必备技能
- 施工管理基础
- 现场巡检与测量
- 施工计划书及图纸说明能力
- 现场照片管理与检验陪同经验
- 熟悉LINE WORKS、Zoom等沟通工具
