由コベルコ・コンプレッサ株式会社在兵库县播磨事業所举办的为期5天的技术职体验实习，面向机电系学生，提供设计开发、生产技术、质量管理等岗位的现场体验。
主要职责
- 参与公司工程师的日常工作，了解设计开发、生产技术和质量管理的流程。
- 在指定部门与年轻工程师共同完成实际任务。
- 完成工厂参观、分组讨论及实务体验。
- 撰写实习报告并进行汇报。
任职要求
- 机电系在校学生（预计2028年毕业）。
- 对技术岗位（设计开发、生产技术、质量管理）有兴趣。
- 能够在现场工作，适应团队合作。
