职位概况
本实习面向2028年毕业生，在静冈县富士市的特別養護老人ホーム“月のあかり”开展为期5至10天的有偿护理体验，提供报酬、交通费及午餐。
主要职责
- 参加入职培训及现场观摩，了解养老护理工作流程。
- 在护理人员指导下，直接参与老人日常生活照料。
- 与入住老人及同事沟通，提供生活咨询服务。
- 每日进行工作反馈与问题解答。
任职要求
- 在校大学生或应届毕业生（2028年毕业）
- 对介护职业有兴趣，愿意学习并提供服务。
- 能够在8月或9月的指定日期内全程参与。
- 具备基本的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 基本的日常护理知识或学习意愿。
