职位概况

本项目为株式会社nobitel在爱知地区提供的为期5天的伸展教练现场体验实习，采用先到先得方式报名。通过线上与线下相结合的培训，让学员了解公司业务、掌握核心伸展技术并体验店铺运营。

主要职责

  • 第一天线上介绍公司及伸展教练职业概况，解答学员提问。
  • 第二天线上进行教练实操演练，学习接待客户的技巧。
  • 第三天线下在培训设施中学习并实践核心平衡伸展的基础动作。
  • 第四天到店铺现场观摩，接受技术指导并了解店铺氛围。
  • 第五天线上分享学习成果，进行项目总结。

任职要求

  • 2027年毕业的在校学生（27届）或应届毕业生。
  • 对健康、运动或美容行业有兴趣。
  • 能够参加5至10天的培训安排。

必备技能

  • 核心平衡伸展（Core Balance Stretch）基础操作能力。
