At Hoffman, you will build trust with C‑suite clients, inspire cross‑market teams, and drive high‑impact communications for technology brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and C‑suite clients, delivering clear strategic counsel.
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring high‑quality work, profitability, and smooth execution.
• Mentor and grow teams, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Build strong media and ecosystem relationships across technology sectors.
• Identify opportunities, solve challenges proactively, and shape long‑term client and agency growth.
• Support new‑business pitches and help scale Hoffman methodologies regionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, marketing or related field.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• 10+ years of experience in public relations, integrated communications or marketing, preferably agency‑based.
• Proven success leading regional or multi‑market client accounts with measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of technology, B2B or digital ecosystems.
• Strong strategic planning, media relations, storytelling and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and mentoring mid‑level leaders.
• Commercial acumen and ability to balance creative innovation with profitability.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, multicultural, matrix environments across APAC or global markets.
