Account Sales II

About the role

Applied Materials is the global leader in materials science and engineering solutions that underpin modern semiconductor chips and advanced displays. The Account Sales II role supports customers in Japan by understanding their technology needs and helping them adopt Applied Materials' equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and visit existing or prospective customers independently or as part of a team.
• Identify customer needs and assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Support customer demonstrations together with product business group representatives.
• Present Applied Materials’ product roadmaps and capabilities to customers and convey customer technology requirements back to product teams.
• Prepare product pricing quotes, required documentation, and may assist in negotiating final pricing.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and maintain comprehensive coverage and documentation for assigned customers.
• Maintain summaries of customer visits and develop customer‑specific action plans, completing them in a timely manner.
