About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Manager to lead marketing initiatives within the Specialty category. The role supports the overall category strategy, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and contributes to business results.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and execution of Specialty category business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Implement marketing initiatives, including demand generation and new product launches across consumer, customer, and professional touchpoints.
- Partner with regional and global teams to provide local market insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to ACUVUE® brand‑building efforts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
- Lead assigned projects and workstreams, driving execution excellence and delivering agreed outcomes.
