Associate Manager, Owned Web & Digital Implementation

About the role

This hands‑on digital position manages the end‑to‑end production, optimization and compliance of Johnson & Johnson’s owned website and related digital channels. The role implements CMS solutions, improves UI/UX and conversion paths, and drives web‑to‑store traffic while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate/brand websites, handling content publishing, CMS component configuration, release management and quality assurance under global governance.
• Design and implement UX improvements and conversion funnels using data analysis, prototyping (Figma/Adobe XD), A/B testing and continuous PDCA cycles.
• Implement and govern tracking solutions, including UTM strategy, data‑layer design, GTM configuration and tag testing.
• Drive web‑to‑store initiatives such as reservation flows, QR campaigns and offline attribution measurement.
• Manage integrations between the website and CRM/marketing automation platforms, ensuring correct data capture and consent management.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in web production, CMS implementation and front‑end delivery for B2C or consumer‑facing environments.
• Proven record of delivering measurable conversion‑rate and UX improvements through testing and iterative releases.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, tag management and analytics implementation within a globally governed CMS framework.
• Knowledge of privacy and data‑protection requirements (GDPR/CCPA) for website data collection.
