Associate Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. In this role you will help global clients across industries improve their strategy, performance and operations by leveraging Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of deliverables and manage workstreams on projects spanning strategy, transformation and digital payments.
• Design and implement data‑driven strategies and programs for regional and global clients.
• Maintain trusted relationships with client managers and act as a reliable partner.
• Develop business recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Plan, organize and guide junior consultants to structure analyses and synthesize findings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting or related advisory roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across diverse industries such as banking, retail and hospitality.
