Client Services Representative – TechOps Support

About the role

The Client Services Representative (CSR) provides support for users of TransPerfect Interactive platforms, handling Virtual Data Room, translation, and other technology projects for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone and online support for Virtual Data Room, translation projects and other tech products.
• Conduct online/on‑site demos, create demo videos and user guides.
• Manage individual projects: set up products, train end users, and maintain ongoing administration.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new application features.
• Identify and qualify support issues for escalation, enhancement requests or bug fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year college or university.
• Experience in customer service with strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional, Reader and Distiller.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems (XP and higher).
