Corporate Access Executive

About the role

Macquarie Capital is looking for a Corporate Access Executive to join its regional team in Tokyo. The role supports the growth of the Equities business in Asia, working with front office teams internally and with vendors and business partners externally to build and maintain strong corporate access pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the logistical coordination and execution of corporate access activities, both virtual and physical, including roadshows, conference calls, bespoke events, group tours and conferences, from conception to completion
• Handle invitation and attendance management, travel and transportation arrangements, onsite coordination and production arrangements
• Collaborate with global Corporate Access teams on deliverables and event content
• Create and maintain event materials such as invitations, company schedules, investor profiles and feedback documents
• Work with sales, research analysts and investment banking teams to maintain the contact relationship management system, share event calendars, collate investor feedback and manage special projects

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Ability to multi-task under pressure, with strong time management and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal oversight
• Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Prior experience in Corporate Access is an advantage; previous experience as an executive assistant or in event management is also an advantage
