Customer Team Intern – Asia Pacific Southeast

About the role

Join Bosch Japan as a Customer Team Intern supporting the Asia Pacific Southeast region. You will work closely with the sales team, gaining hands‑on experience in project management, document handling, and IT automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects that improve sales team efficiency.
• Support and maintain sales documentation.
• Establish and optimise the sales team’s IT environment for automation.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at a university for the full internship period (6‑12 months).
• Fluent in English; intermediate Japanese is preferred.
• Business background (economics, marketing, sales) with some technical knowledge.
• Strong communication, self‑leadership and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in data engineering, data analysis, UI development or programming.
• Experience with Power BI, Python or SQL is a plus.
