职位概况
负责日本市场Hegrand品牌（油压驱动系统）的售后服务管理，带领服务部门及团队，推动售后业务增长。
主要职责
- 人员及自有服务中心的管理。
- 制定并执行服务业务战略。
- 支持报价及提案书的编制。
- 油压系统的维护、维修及故障分析与整改。
任职要求
- 具备油压系统知识，能够阅读电路图。
- 能够根据需要进行客户现场访问，尤其是技术复杂或升级案件。
- 有人员培养经验。
- 具备基础英语能力并有学习意愿。
- 具备主动性、独立性，客户导向和成本意识强。
- 持有普通汽车驾驶执照。
必备技能
- 油压系统知识
- 电路图阅读能力
- 电脑操作及电子服务报告编制
