Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing initiatives that align with brand strategies, enhance healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and maximise brand value. The role works closely with the Omnichannel Lead to ensure digital activities support the overall omnichannel strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand‑specific digital campaigns, including HCP websites, email programmes, eDetailing, video content and other digital assets, in partnership with Product Managers.
• Manage and update product websites and membership‑based digital platforms, coordinating content creation with external agencies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Define and track KPIs for digital initiatives, analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights to continuously improve activities through PDCA cycles.
• Collaborate with the Omnichannel Lead to align digital actions with the broader omnichannel strategy and share field feedback.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, S&P, IT and external partners, supporting the evaluation and implementation of new digital tools.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in business, medical or life‑science fields.
• Preferably 10 + years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including commercial and digital marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a marketing function.
• Proven track record in executing omnichannel strategies and digital promotion.
• Working knowledge of AI applications and their practical use in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical capability to translate data into business insights and business‑level proficiency in English.
