Director, Specialist Sales, Consumer Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Consumer Solutions sales strategy in Japan. The role combines product sales, market development and partnership management to drive growth and differentiate Mastercard’s offering. You will be the key advocate for consumer‑focused solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Japan’s consumer solutions strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Lead development of product roadmaps, cross‑product integration and market differentiation.
• Partner with account management and service teams to create business development plans.
• Oversee local development, implementation and deployment of consumer solutions.
• Provide consultation to clients for adoption and implementation of Mastercard consumer solutions.
• Curate best products and solutions for clients and ensure high‑quality execution.
• Act as expert, advocate and champion for designated solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other product teams and the regional product team; report to the Customer Solutions Center Lead.
