職務概要
AccentureのDXコンサルタントとして、顧客従業員の生産性向上を目的とした働き方を支援します。Microsoft 365のアプリ（SharePoint、Teams、Power Platform、Copilotなど）の導入支援やソリューション提供、市民開発者育成のコンサルティングを担当します。プロジェクトマネージャーまたはプロジェクトリーダーとして、品質・スケジュール・コスト管理とプロジェクトチームの管理を行い、必要に応じて要件定義や提案活動にも参加します。
主な業務内容
- Power Platform（Power Apps、Power Automate）を使った業務アプリ開発とプロセス自動化
- SharePoint（SPFx）やTeamsのカスタマイズによるポータルサイトや社内ツールの構築
- Viva ConnectionsやCopilot Studioを使った新機能の提供と市民開発支援
- プロジェクトの品質・スケジュール・コスト管理とチームマネジメント
求める人物像
- Microsoft 365やPower Platformのアプリ開発経験、またはC#、Reactなどの開発経験
- Copilotなどの新しい技術への技術的関心
- 提案型アプローチができ、指示待ちではなく主体的に動く方
- 変化に柔軟に対応できる方
必須スキル
- Microsoft 365（SharePoint、Teams）を使った開発・コンサル経験
- Power Platformを使った開発・コンサル経験
- Copilot Studio、Azure Functions、Logic Appsなどの開発経験
- 日本語がビジネスレベル（JLPT N1目安）
歓迎：プロジェクトリード経験、アプリアーキテクト経験、DevOpsやアジャイル開発経験、Azure Functions/Logic Apps開発経験、Viva Connections開発経験。
