职位概况

负责为客户提供 ECU 接口相关的技术支持与产品实现，参与前后售服务，帮助客户解决嵌入式系统的技术难题。

主要职责

与客户沟通，了解需求并提供技术方案。
开展产品的预售活动，包括演示、说明和导入支持。
提供产品硬件/软件实现的售后支持，处理故障和调试。
与销售团队及国内外合作伙伴协作，推动渠道开发和产品规划。

任职要求

具备嵌入式系统（中间件/硬件）知识及调试、支持经验。
能够使用日语进行技术沟通。
积极主动，能应对技术和业务挑战。
具备汽车行业相关知识或实践经验者优先。
