About the role
As Group Leader of Sales Commercial Operations & Transformation at Bosch Rexroth Japan, you will drive the modernization of our commercial organization. You will lead a team of specialists, shape strategy, and deliver tools that enable the salesforce to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a nationwide team of commercial operations specialists.
- Drive transformation initiatives such as CRM, eCommerce, pricing, market intelligence, and digital sales enablement.
- Build future commercial capabilities through digitalization, analytics, and process improvement.
- Translate business strategy into actions that improve sales effectiveness and performance.
- Lead cross‑functional projects and collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior management and support strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing people and delivering results.
- Background in commercial excellence, sales operations, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution style.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- High ownership, initiative, and impact‑driven mindset.
