About the role

As Group Leader of Sales Commercial Operations & Transformation at Bosch Rexroth Japan, you will drive the modernization of the commercial organisation. You will lead a team of specialists, shape strategy, and deliver digital tools that enable the salesforce to achieve higher performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a nationwide team of commercial‑operations specialists.

• Act as a trusted partner to senior management and support strategic decision‑making.
