職務概要
新市場参入やビジネスケース策定、財務・データ分析、年次計画構築など、全社的な戦略プロジェクトをリードし、部門横断のオペレーション強化を推進します。
主な業務内容
- 新市場参入に向けたビジネスケースや実行計画の策定
- プロダクトパフォーマンスに関する財務・データ分析
- 年次計画フレームワークの構築と実行支援
- 部門横断プロジェクトの推進と既存プロセスの最適化
求める人物像
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と経営層への提案力を持つ方
- 変化の速い環境でEQとレジリエンスを発揮できる方
- 正確性とスピードを両立し、複数業務を期限内に完遂できる方
必須スキル
- 投資銀行、経営コンサルティング、プライベートエクイティ、経営企画、またはBizOpsでの5〜10年の実務経験（うち2年以上は投資銀行またはコンサル）
- 日本語・英語のビジネスレベルの口頭・文章コミュニケーション能力
