About the role
The Head Alpine Trainer leads alpine training delivery and provides snowsports supervisory coverage for Rhythm Rides in Niseko, with travel to Hakuba and Furano as needed. Reporting to the Private Lessons Manager, the role balances coaching instructors, running clinics, and overseeing private‑lesson and kids‑program operations throughout the season.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver alpine training across Niseko, Hakuba and Furano according to the national training schedule.
- Run clinics, workshops and on‑snow mentoring focused on technical skill development and teaching quality.
- Provide ongoing technical coaching and development support for instructors.
- Contribute to the Senpai program and support Futures coaches with technical plans.
- Provide reliable snowsports supervisor coverage for private lessons and multi‑day kids programs in Niseko.
- Maintain clear communication and handover between training and lessons leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in alpine skiing instruction and snowsports supervision.
- Ability to coach and develop ski instructors across multiple locations.
- Flexibility to travel between Niseko, Hakuba and Furano during the November‑April season.
- Strong organizational skills to balance training delivery with supervisory duties.

What we offer
- Hourly wage ranging from ¥2,580 to ¥2,846
- Travel allowance up to ¥100,000 reimbursed on actual costs
- Seasonal contract from November through April
