Head of Client Reporting – Japan

About the role

Invesco is seeking a senior leader to head its Client Reporting function in Japan. The role combines operational oversight, strategic roadmap development, and team leadership to ensure high‑quality reporting for institutional and retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire a team of reporting professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all client reporting production activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain robust control frameworks and drive continuous improvement of workflows, including off‑shored and outsourced components.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Client Reporting, aligning with regional and global objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Investments, Product, Technology, Compliance and Risk to support client service excellence.
• Partner with regional and global reporting teams to ensure consistency of standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in client reporting or related finance functions.
• Deep understanding of investment management reporting, regulatory requirements and data governance.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and succession planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior management.
• Experience working in a global, multi‑regional environment.
