Head of MA Asia – Antenna System

About the role

We are looking for the Head of MA Asia (MOAI and MNEA) EAS – Antenna System. You will join the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Head of EAS at Ericsson’s headquarters in Rosenheim, Germany. The role carries full profit‑and‑loss responsibility for the EAS business in the Asian market, including customer contribution, cash‑flow and working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the EAS strategy for the region, translating market needs, industry trends and innovation requirements into business and growth plans.
• Hold profit‑and‑loss responsibility for mobile communication antennas and filters product lines in the region.
• Manage the Asian sales territory for EAS, leading business development activities.
• Establish co‑operations and partnerships with customers to fuel strategic regional growth.
• Collaborate with Market Area domain organization and customer units.
• Conduct annual business planning and target setting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry and 4‑7 years in an international leadership position.
• Extensive experience handling large accounts with a global/multi‑national customer base.
• Customer focus combined with strong business acumen and technical know‑how.
• Proven track record in customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of management, clients, suppliers, employees and corporate headquarters.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, empowering and leading culturally diverse teams.
• Experience working in a global team with cultural awareness.
