IEGP Lead, Strategic Evidence Generation & Dissemination

About the role

The IEGP Lead will partner with Medical Affairs teams to develop and manage Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGP) across Japan, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies and delivering high‑quality evidence to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IEGP planning throughout the yearly business cycle, including LRFP, Business Plan, and global/AP IEGP reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as MAF‑TA, AP IEGP lead, data scientists, and VE&A to develop comprehensive IEGPs, define Key Business Questions (KBQs) and Key Research Questions (KRQs), and assess evidence gaps.
• Manage study progress, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of results.
• Organize capability training on study design and execution and promote cross‑functional innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real‑World Evidence (RWE) within Medical Affairs, HEOR, or Clinical Operations.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and ethical guidelines related to evidence generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Ph.D. preferred).
