职位概况
株式会社テイクス通过线上开放日，为2026年毕业生提供IT工程师培养项目，包含奖学金支持、实机培训和项目实验室，帮助零经验者快速入职。
主要职责
- 参加线上培训课程，学习IT基础技术。
- 在“テイクスラーニングシステム”完成实机操作练习。
- 参与“テイクスラボ”项目，进行技术探索和项目管理实践。
- 与公司员工交流，了解企业文化和工作方式。
任职要求
- 2026年7‑9月可入职的应届毕业生。
- 对IT行业有兴趣，愿意从零开始学习。
- 具备基本的沟通与时间管理能力。
- 能够适应线上学习模式。
必备技能
- 无特定技术要求，培训期间将系统教授所需技能。
