Japan Direct-to-Consumer / eCommerce Lead

About the role

Logitech is looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven and execution-focused Japan DTC Lead to build and accelerate its Direct-to-Consumer business in Japan. Reporting to the Head of JP Online Sales and working closely with the Global DTX Leadership team, you will own Japan DTC operations and the end-to-end customer experience, combining strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership. The role follows a hybrid model of 50% office (Tokyo) and 50% remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily commercial performance on the Japan DTC platform, including site merchandising, demand generation, operations and the customer journey
• Oversee trading, promotional planning, performance marketing alignment and inventory management, and drive continuous improvement of site UI/UX and customer experience
• Define and execute the local DTC strategic roadmap, and create simplified, scalable processes and new routes-to-market for the Japanese e-commerce ecosystem
• Analyze E2E business metrics, customer funnel data and shopper insights, build tracking mechanisms and deliver forecasts and reports
• Collaborate with local teams (Commercial, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain/DC, Finance) and the Global DTX COE, harmonizing DTC with eTailers and marketplaces

Required profile

• 5-8+ years of experience managing E2E DTC e-commerce, digital sales planning or business development in consumer electronics, hardware or FMCG
• Proven track record of building and scaling an online commercial business end-to-end
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term operations and to turn complex data into actionable commercial strategies
• Native or fluent Japanese and professional English
• Preferred: experience scaling a brand's DTC presence in hardware or consumer electronics, and knowledge of B2C/B2B e-commerce, digital ad operations, web UI/UX optimization or local omnichannel strategies in Japan
