Manager, Data Platforms & Analytics Technology Service

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior Data & Analytics Manager to lead the design and delivery of data platforms and analytics solutions for its MedTech business. The role bridges business partners and technology teams to create end‑to‑end insights using cloud environments and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Business IT Liaison, gathering requirements, planning projects, and delivering data‑driven solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Collaborate with IT peers, Product Owners, and Global Technology Services to ensure rapid delivery of business‑critical analytics.
• Prioritize product features based on business value and manage project budgets, quality, and schedules.
• Drive process improvement, measure business value, and enforce development standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in data and analytics.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Experience in agile environments and managing complex, ambiguous projects.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Python and SQL programming.
• BI visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• ETL orchestration tools like Airflow and DBT.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Data storage technologies: data lakes, data warehouses.
