Marketing and Communication Internship

About the role

This 6‑12 month internship offers you the chance to work within Bosch Japan’s Marketing and Communication Department. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting internal communications, creating media assets, and assisting with market‑focused projects in a global automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Publish internal communications and develop content for virtual platforms such as Bosch networks and Bosch Tube.
• Create media materials including videos, photos, and PowerPoint presentations for marketing campaigns.
• Support market research, prepare presentations, and help organise internal and external events such as town‑hall meetings and trade fairs.
• Assist marketing activities related to vehicle innovation, driver assistance, infotainment, and automotive computing.
• Facilitate meeting and workshop moderation as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English; intermediate Japanese (N2 or higher) preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a university, studying Marketing Communication, Business Management, Journalism, or a related field.
• Structured, self‑organized, proactive, and reliable team player.
• Willing to live and work in Japan for the internship duration.

Required skills

• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Video and image editing abilities (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator) are highly welcome.
• Previous experience or interest in marketing and communication.
