NetSuite Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to join our fast‑growing team in Tokyo. You will work on multiple client engagements, delivering end‑to‑end NetSuite solutions while collaborating closely with senior executives and internal leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage 4‑5 client projects and oversee 1‑2 projects from start to finish.
• Become an expert on the NetSuite platform and guide customers in mapping business requirements to NetSuite functionality.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, produce documentation, implement configurations, conduct testing, and deliver user training.
• Work closely with Appficiency leaders to ensure successful project delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Regularly interact with senior executives to understand strategic goals and align NetSuite solutions accordingly.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in professional services, functional or technical consulting, preferably with NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems.
• Proven experience managing SaaS, IT or software implementations in distribution, manufacturing, retail, media or advertising sectors.
• Strong track record of building profitable, referenceable customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to work with senior executives.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
