Applied Materials, a global leader in materials engineering solutions for semiconductor and display manufacturing, is seeking a Non‑Technical Project/Program Management professional to support specific project and program objectives in Chitose, Japan. The role focuses on planning, resource coordination, and ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and quality targets while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support project and program objectives, completing preliminary activities such as outcome determination, milestone planning, viability studies, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are executed according to product/process specifications, cost constraints, resource utilization, and timelines.
• Document all phases of project, program, or process development and disseminate required information to functional areas.
• Maintain compliance with company policies on engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
• Undertake studies of new technologies as needed and support data collection for materials and financial resources.
