职位概况
本公司专注于水产养殖全链条业务，现招聘养殖业销售人员，负责饲料、稚鱼及成鱼的销售与采购，提供一站式解决方案。
主要职责
- 向养殖业者推广并销售饲料、稚鱼等产品。
- 根据客户需求协同厂家调整饲料配方。
- 策划并实施加工方式的提案，满足终端消费者和零售渠道需求。
- 开拓品牌鱼的销售渠道，拜访各地区市场、超市和百货公司。
- 与商社、供应商合作，推动大客户项目。
任职要求
- 大学或研究生应届毕业生。
- 对养殖业或水产行业有浓厚兴趣。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力和提案能力。
- 能够接受在爱媛本社及东京、大阪、千叶等地轮岗。
必备技能
- 基本的商务谈判与客户管理技巧。
我们提供
- 月薪230,000日元（含30,000日元固定津贴），另有城市补贴20,000日元。
- 全勤制工作时间8:30~17:30，周休二日，年假105天。
- 公司宿舍（条件限定，入职后3年内免费提供）。
