职位概况

负责日本市场的大型酒店、连锁餐饮、超市等重点客户，提供从菜单开发、运营改进到物流构建的全链路解决方案，帮助客户提升业务绩效。

主要职责

深耕现有大客户，提供基于冷冻面包的配方、菜单及运营改进方案。
开拓新渠道，针对总部采购、厨师等关键决策者进行战略性销售。
协调供应链，与公司内部物流、总部及亚太团队共同确保供需平衡。

任职要求

具备面向大型零售或餐饮客户的销售经验。
能够理解并解决客户在菜单、运营及物流方面的痛点。
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门合作。

必备技能

解决方案式销售思维。
对冷冻食品或餐饮供应链有基本认知。
