职位概况
本岗位在岩井整形外科病院手术室护理部，负责手术室内医疗设备的清洗与减菌工作，工作时间为周一至周五以及周六，提供稳定的全职收入。
主要职责
- 对手术室使用的各类医疗器械进行清洗、消毒和减菌处理。
- 遵守医院感染控制规范，确保设备符合使用标准。
- 记录清洗、消毒过程，维护设备清洁日志。
- 配合手术室其他人员的工作需求，保证手术顺利进行。

- 月薪216,000円（约合人民币），年薪约3,220,000円。
- 奖金、升职加薪机会。
- 通勤补贴（最高100,000円/月）。
- 年假、年末年始、夏季及生日假等共计124天假期。
