职位概况
三相电机株式会社面向2027年4月入职的新毕业生，提供包括研究开发、销售、制造、质量保证、采购等多岗位的综合职位。
主要职责
- 研究开发：电机、泵的设计与开发。
- 销售：面向法人客户的国内外销售。
- 事务：生产管理、财务、总务等制造支持。
- 制造：电机、泵的组装。
- 质量保证：出货产品检验及质量体系建设。
- 采购：原材料、部件的采购。
任职要求
- 大学、研究生或专科毕业，理工科或文科均可。
- 提交履历、成绩单、健康检查等材料。
- 具备明确的人生目标并能做出决策。
必备技能
- 无特定技术技能要求，依据所报岗位具备相应专业知识。

- 根据学历的起薪（硕士约296,000日元，大学约276,000日元等）。
