职位概况
我们在东京（亦可远程）招聘娱乐制作人，负责电影、动漫等娱乐项目的全链路运营。
主要职责
- 策划立案、市场营销方案制定
- 融资、预算管理及资金调度
- 制作现场统筹与进度控制
- 将创意作品转化为商业化运营模式
任职要求
- 年龄25-35岁，具备创业精神和灵活思维
- 认同公司发展方向，能适应快速变化
- 具备中文沟通能力者优先
- 曾在出版社、动漫公司、电视台或广告公司担任领导职务者优先
必备技能
- 无特定技术技能要求
我们提供
