职位概况
我们在东京、大阪招聘数字营销顾问，接受无经验者，负责为客户提供从策略制定到执行的全链路营销支持。
主要职责
- 担任客户前线的账户策划，制定营销方案。
- 负责广告策略制定与投放运营。
- 负责SEO/LLMO策略制定与执行。
- 在公司内部策划AI与营销结合的新业务，从概念到落地。
任职要求
- 有个人或法人销售经验，数字营销经验不限。
- 具备结构化思考、逻辑表达能力。
- 具备强烈的学习兴趣和好奇心。
- 能够主动提出假设并推动改进。
必备技能
- AI技术
- 数据分析工具
我们提供
- 年薪480万~900万日元（12个月工资+决算奖金），每年两次涨薪。
- 试用期3个月后转正。
- 在中型创业公司中参与业务与组织建设的机会。
