职位概况
本项目为明治安田生命在大阪举办的“ドラマ体感型”咨询销售实习，帮助学生体验保险行业及咨询销售工作流程。
主要职责
- 了解生命保险业务及其社会角色。
- 参与客户需求深挖及方案制定的团队工作坊。
- 与在职前辈进行座谈，了解工作真实情况。
- 接受专业反馈，认识自身优势。
任职要求
- 对生命保险、金融及咨询销售有兴趣。
- 希望通过行业研究开启职业探索。
- 具备良好沟通能力，乐于团队合作解决问题。
- 关注个人成长、人生规划及社会贡献。
必备技能
- 无特定技术技能要求。
我们提供
- 现场实习（8月24日至9月1日，每日13:00-16:00）。
- 交通费补贴（符合公司条件）。
- 周末及节假日休息，兼顾工作与生活。
