职位概况
负责集团公司的人事劳动事务，包括薪酬计算、社保、考勤、制度策划等，提升组织价值。
主要职责
- 负责集团公司及本公司薪酬计算、年终调整、社保、福利、确定拠出年金等事务。
- 制定、修订劳动规章、劳动协定，管理人事数据。
- 解决劳动纠纷，推动劳动制度改进。
- 基于健康检查、压力测评数据，提出并执行健康改善措施。
- 识别并改进劳动业务中的问题，提升组织价值。
任职要求
- 5年以上人事劳动工作经验，熟悉薪酬计算、社保、考勤管理。
- 具备劳动规章制定、劳动问题处理经验者优先。
- 了解劳动法基础，具备良好的合规意识。
- 具备跨部门沟通协调能力，工作积极主动。
