职位概况
本实习在大阪市中心的广告代理店开展，帮助学生了解广告行业的销售全流程，适合希望在招聘与人事咨询领域积累实战经验的在校生。
主要职责
- 通过电话访谈既有客户，了解其招聘需求并收集联系信息。
- 陪同前辈参加商务谈判，现场学习提案技巧。
- 熟悉业务后可尝试新客户开发，参与营销策划。
- 定期参加人事面谈，获取职业规划建议。
任职要求
- 在校学生，预计2028年毕业。
- 可在2026年7月至12月期间开始，实习时长不少于25天。
- 每日工作4小时以上，可在9:00~18:00之间自行安排班次。
- 周末及法定节假日休息。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通表达能力。
- 基本商务礼仪与职业形象。
- 对招聘、人才市场有浓厚兴趣。
