职位概况
尼康相模原制造所面向2028届毕业生提供为期三天的光学玻璃配方研发工作体验，参与玻璃熔解实验并学习折射率测定。
主要职责
- 配制光学玻璃原料并进行高温熔融。
- 冷却后加工成棱镜形状。
- 测量并记录玻璃的折射率。
- 根据目标折射率计算并优化配方成分。
任职要求
- 理工科背景，2028年毕业生。
- 对光学材料或材料科学有兴趣。
- 具备实验动手能力和数据分析意识。
必备技能
- 光学玻璃配方实验操作。
- 高温熔融与冷却工艺。
- 折射率测量技术。
