職務概要
ドクターや医療従事者に寄り添い、医療機器を通じて患者様の在宅療養ライフを支えるやりがいのある仕事です。
主な業務内容
- 既存顧客の維持と新規処方の獲得
- 新規顧客・市場の開拓と育成
- 顧客情報の収集・分析、営業計画の策定と実行
- ソリューションビジネスの拡大と地域KOL窓口対応
- 社内事務業務（売上処理、器機管理）
- 担当施設・患者様への機器新規導入と管理、夜間・緊急時の訪問（シフト制）
求める人物像
- 営業で安定的に目標達成した実績がある方
- 医療現場経験があり、営業に興味のある方（看護師、臨床工学技士、診療放射線技師、臨床検査技師など）
提供する待遇
- 年収400〜600万円（インセンティブ含む）
- 年間休日125日、週休2日制（土日）＋祝日・年末年始休暇
- 社会保険完備、退職金制度、確定拠出年金
- 研修制度（入社後6か月の研修、オンライン研修）
- 転勤あり（全国転居支援、社宅補助）
