日本におけるメンズヘルス（MH）ポートフォリオの成長機会を特定・開発し、売上拡大を加速させる役割です。戦略策定から市場浸透、臨床価値の提供まで部門横断でリードします。
主な業務内容
- 市場戦略・新規市場機会の特定と優先順位付け
- MH市場拡大計画に基づくアカウント参入・拡大戦略の策定
- 市場規模推計、顧客セグメンテーション、競合分析の実施
- 複数年の市場開発計画の策定と実行
- 価格設定枠組み・バリュープロポジションの設計
- 新製品・新適応のローンチ支援と営業ツール作成
- 臨床現場でのサポートと製品教育
- 薬事チームと連携し償還取得可能性の調査・エビデンス創出支援
必須スキル
- 戦略的思考とハンズオンでの実行力
- 分析力および財務モデリングスキル
- Microsoft Officeツールの実務使用経験
- 日本語（母国語レベル）とビジネスレベルの英語力
