職務概要

工場内の空調・温度・監視設備、電気系のエンジニアリングプロジェクトを企画・実施・指揮し、最適な作業環境の維持・向上を図ります。

主な業務内容

建物・空調設備の予防保全と作業環境の最適化
プロジェクトの優先順位付け・スケジュール管理・コスト管理
文書管理・履歴保存のための手順作成
設計費見積もりの作成と予算管理
施設・機器の基準・性能仕様提示
事故調査の実施と文書化
GMP関連業務（環境バリデーション、逸脱管理、測定器キャリブレーション）
安全関連業務（安全手順運用、新規設備安全確認、EHS委員会参加）

必須スキル

空調システム（Air Conditioning System）
電子工学（Electronic Engineering）
HVAC制御（HVAC Controls）
機械工学（Mechanical Engineering）
プロジェクトマネジメント（Project Management）
