職務概要
整形外科領域における人工膝関節・人工股関節の販売を担当し、医療従事者と協働して高品質な手術環境の創出を目指すポジションです。
主な業務内容
- 整形外科の疾患に対する生体内固定インプラントの販売活動
- 自社製品の安全適正使用啓発と情報提供
- 医療従事者のニーズ把握と製品提案による価値創造
- 担当テリトリーのマネジメントと売上最大化
- 医師への製品紹介・手術立ち合い・使用管理
求める人物像
- 営業経験2年以上で実績を上げた方
- 医療業界の基礎知識を有する方（看護等）
- 医師や看護師と信頼関係を築き、チームで手術をサポートできる方
必須スキル
- 営業経験（2年以上）
