Bosch Rexroth Japanの防衛事業戦略を策定・統括し、国内外の関係者と連携して事業の持続的成長を推進します。

主な業務内容

防衛事業の全体方針策定と戦略案件の発掘
営業チーム・事業部門・外部パートナーを横断的に調整し、実行をリード
年間防衛関連売上拡大を目指した成長戦略の立案・実行

求める人物像

戦略的思考と高い実行力を持ち、複雑な組織調整ができる方
日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションが可能な方
起業家精神を持ち、成長志向でガバナンスを重視できる方

必須スキル

B2B環境での事業開発・戦略営業経験
Key Account Managementや市場開拓の実績
ステークホルダー横断マネジメント経験
