職務概要
アバナード（Accenture Japan）のApplications & Infrastructure Practiceで、Associate Managerクラスのフルスタック開発者（Software Engineering）の募集です。Webアプリ開発案件において、アプリケーションアーキテクチャの策定・実装・展開を担う立場です。
主な業務内容
- 顧客・ビジネス・案件・チームの特性に応じた最適なアーキテクチャの決定や設計指針を定義し、チームの技術的選択をリードする
- アーキテクチャプロトタイプの作成・検証や開発標準の策定・実装・展開
- アーキテクチャや技術環境の継続的な分析・レビューと改善案の提示
- 最新技術の導入検討と、チームメンバーへのサポート
- 顧客の政治的風土や文化を理解した上で、アーキテクチャに関する期待値のコントロールと議論・説明
求める人物像
- .NET（C#、VB.NET）またはJavaを使ったWebアプリ開発経験
- Webアプリアーキテクチャの策定・実装・展開経験
- Azure（AWS/GCPでも可）のクラウド開発経験
- チームリードまたはサブリードとしての複数プロジェクト経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語（JLPT N1）とOfficeアプリケーションの作成経験
- 相手尊重型のコミュニケーション、仮説駆動型の課題解決、提案型アプローチ、技術への情熱
必須スキル
- .NET（C#、VB.NET）またはJava
- Azure（AWS/GCPでも可）
- マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの知見
