職務概要

デジタルアドバイザリーのコンサルタントとして、クライアントのビジネス課題を理解し、顧客フローやカスタマージャーニーの分析・設計を行います。チーム内でのコーチングや提案作成、要件定義、リソースプランの作成、プリセールスの支援も担当します。

主な業務内容

市場調査や提案書の作成による提案活動のサポート
プロジェクトの資料作成、ミーティングのファシリテーション
KPI達成に向けたクライアントや関係者との調整
顧客との関係構築と課題・リスクの明確化
ソリューションの検討・評価と導入ロードマップの提案
ステークホルダーとの報告業務とデリバリー課題の対応

求める人物像

IT関連プロジェクト経験またはシステム開発構築経験
SIer、コンサルファーム、事業会社での一通りのプロジェクト経験（顧客ヒアリング、データ分析、ドキュメント作成等）
社内外での良好な関係構築能力
複雑な状況での問題解決と自らの成長を貪欲に求める姿勢
